Valorant recently celebrated 14 million monthly active players. The success of the game within its first year of release largely comes down to the popularity of the gaming among fans of the genre, as well as the esports support the game has been getting from various companies, including developer Riot Games itself.
Alongside celebrating the milestone, Riot also officially revealed that a mobile version of Valorant is currently in the works. While not too many details about Valorant on mobile have been released as of yet, executive producer Anno Donion said, “we’re thrilled to soon offer the same competitive Valorant experience to even more global players.”
