The Elders Scrolls Online latest update is now available on all platforms, but PS4 players still can’t connect to their accounts. Bethesda promised to bring the ESO PS4 servers online soon a few hours earlier.
The Elder Scrolls Online is one of the popular MMO titles during the last generation of consoles that extends its existence on the current platforms as well. The game is now available for free through the Xbox Game Pass subscription on Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S consoles, along with PC.
After its addition to the library of Xbox Game Pass, Bethesda reported that the number of accounts in The Elder Scrolls Online has surpassed 18 million users, which is an outstanding number for the company’s long-running massively multiplayer online experience.
Earlier yesterday, a hotfix update along with server maintenance hit The Elder Scrolls Online servers on all major platforms. While the game was back online on Xbox and PC platforms at the expected time, the ESO PS4 servers are still under maintenance.
When Will the ESO PS4 Servers Be Back Online?
Bethesda officially announced last night that they have faced some issues while maintaining the PS4 servers. The most recent tweet from the official Twitter account of the game was shared a few hours earlier, indicating that both Zenimax Online Studios and Sony’s support teams have found a solution to the problem and servers would be back online momentarily.
Based on that tweet, you should now be able to connect to the ESO PS4 servers now, but if you can’t make sure to send a ticket to the support team behind the game.
The Elder Scrolls Online is now available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC. As said above, it’s free for the Xbox Game Pass subscribers.
