New Pokemon Snap, the sequel to the original title which was released for the Nintendo 64 back in 1999, is all set to arrive on the Nintendo Switch. While the core premise of the game remains the same, the enhanced visuals and gameplay have caught the attention of a large number of fans.
In New Pokemon Snap, players take the role of a Pokemon photographer and embark on an adventure to build the Pokedex by capturing pictures of various Pokemon. There is a wide range of islands players can travel to, each featuring a different habitat and with a unique set of Pokemon.
The game is slated to release on April 30th, 2021, and here is the release time of the game.
New Pokemon Snap Release Time – When is it coming out?
According to Nintendo’s website, the game should be available at 9:00 pm PT/Midnight ET this evening as it is a first-party title that has both a digital and physical release.
The UK’s release is likely to work a little differently. Players who pre-order the title “will be available the night before its official release.” Players who instead decide to wait will be able to download their copy of New Pokemon Snap at around 2 pm GMT.
Pokemon Snap Pre-Order Bonuses
Like many games out there, players will be getting a wide range of bonuses for pre-ordering New Pokemon Snap. The bonuses vary from retailer to retailer. If you wish to preorder from GameStop, you will be getting a double-sided poster. One side contains the regular box art while the other contains cool concept art.
Apart from GameStop, Target is also offering preorder bonuses. Target’s offering is somewhat better, as it is giving players a magnetic New Pokemon Snap picture frame that can hold any picture players want. There is still a bit of time to pre-order, so do it while you can!
